This is our 6th day at the hospital, and if everything goes well Patrycja should be going home tomorrow.

It seems like her recovery was much quicker this time. She only had a fever for 2 days. Her mouth is still a little sore, but her counts have gone up, and she is doing a lot better.

It’s been two months since her treatment began. She has spent a total of 44 (out of 60) days at Children’s Mercy, and “4 Henson” (Oncology/Hematology Unit) has become our second home. We have met so many wonderful doctors, nurses and care assistants and are very grateful for their care. Three rounds of chemo behind, nine more to go!

Thank you all for all your prayers and support. Thank you for all your gifts, meals, visits and encouraging texts and phone calls. These last 2 months have been challenging, but we feel so blessed!!! The Lord has been so good to us!!!

Please continue to pray for strength and for Patrycja’s eyelids. Thank you 🙂
